Timing for Online Class : 2pm – 3.30pm Indian time
A woman’s body has its own rhythm, the monthly cycle and phases of her life, and those are clearly experienced through and in the body. In these special yoga for women classes, the students will learn what and how to practise according to the changing needs of the body and hormones using the method and principles taught at the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre.
The teacher Maria has been practising and teaching this yoga for 10 years. She has used her practice to support herself through two pregnancies and two homebirths and is passionate about empowering women through yoga.

4 days yoga course with Maria was magical .. i am so so grateful for this four days course with Maria .. i could feel so calm and composed and also lighter in my body .. i felt like I hav released few kgs of heaviness from my body .. It was very nice to practice again with Maria and I felt extremely relaxed after each class. It was also very interesting to be able to feel my breath going toward my lower abdomen and pelvic area, and it definitely helped me to release lot of tensions in this area.
Maria guides us towards different poses that can help us throughout the different stages of our women's life and I will for sure be using all of her advices for my practice in the future.
I would really recommend any woman to do such a course with Maria as it will not only help you relax on the moment, it will also help you to adapt your practice according to your women's rhythm.
