About Course
Sharat will be teaching a 1-hour online class every Sunday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM (India time) for students who have previously studied with us. For Europe, the class will begin at 8:00 AM, starting from 19th April. Bookings are available in 2-monthly slots, which include a total of 8 classes.
This course is designed to help students reconnect with their practice, build consistency, and stay inspired. Inspiration is what motivates us to maintain a regular self-practice, and this course is created to support that process. It is also ideal for those who may not have practiced much since completing a course at the centre. If you felt the benefits of your time with us and would like to return to the practice from the comfort of your home, this is a wonderful opportunity to do so.
Throughout the course, you will revisit the basics of all the postures taught, with guidance on how to improve them so they begin to truly work for you. The classes will focus on postures that are important for maintaining health and wellbeing, and these will be explored in depth. Since remembering what you learn is essential, students are encouraged to practice during the week in order to consolidate and deepen the work. You will also learn relaxing positions to help restore energy and prevent burnout, along with postures that help increase the duration and quality of concentration.
